Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is an innovative body-conditioning and strengthening program designed to improve ballet technique and prevent injury by focusing on core strength, weight placement, and body alignment. It uses a unique system of ballet-specific exercises and a gradual progression from junior to advanced levels. PBT is practiced internationally and is also used by athletes, physiotherapists, and other dancers to enhance performance and rehabilitation whilst allowing students to achieve their very best!
