Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) is a program designed to improve ballet technique and prevent injury by focusing on core strength, weight placement, and body alignment. It uses a unique system of ballet-specific exercises and a gradual progression from junior to advanced levels. PBT is practiced internationally and is also used by athletes, physiotherapists, and other dancers to enhance performance and rehabilitation.
